Help! Search and Replace Help!

I need a way to do it server wide, for my Asian, Black, indian and Fettish sites etc. and dont know much at all about scripts, server commands ect, except using Ftp.
Is there an easy thing to buy, download somewhere, for complete novices? I don't even know how to do it with shell commands ect. Are these kinda replacements accurate? When I use my text editor on many pages at once I get lot's of broken errors.
I appreciate anything. :P

I have no idea how to do it on the server but this morning I did 60000 html (gallery) pages with Handy Find And Replace http://www.silveragesoftware.com/handytools.html , free program.
I just have to upload those pages again, but I have a 1mbit connection so no problem.
