Webmaster Referrals - Text Link Question

This may have been asked already & I missed it, so forgive me if it was :)

I promote ARS thru a lot of text links (mostly on my stats pages)

Are we allowed to pull the URL our of the java script & link to it like this:

http://stats.ars4real.com/wmref/click.php?type=mag&a=75128

Cool - I just wanted to make sure because there was not "text link" option for the referrals.
