HSN will not be dumped. For now you have to check stats at adrevservice.com. We will be moving this over to another area within ARS RI so that you can get everything you need in one place.

I hope that on Adverservice there is an easier way to view this board than the way it is now.

Also, something REALLY needs to be done about HSN.. maybe HSN reinvented. The conversions are down right aweful now and Jettis cant even update their fucking join page.. there should be an easier way to fix it up quickly to try out new things.

you really don't want to know the details on how the conversations between us and Jettis are currently going. I'm on it 24/7 but it's very hard to work with a company that promises things but constantly screws up and makes us look like total idiots over and over again.
In the last few months, we tried every way to get through to their heads. We have setup things like scheduled conference calls on fixed days to talk things through and make communications go better. However, since the last 24 hours, I've reached the level that I'm no longer willing to talk with their bullshit reps anymore and everything goes via their CEO now.
Yet, they still manage to screw up the simple things we ask of them.
Again, I need to wait until the right people are back in the office. And just like the last few days, from that moment on, I'm pushing them as hard as I can.
No need to reply about looking at other processors. We're already doing that for a long time. It's not as easy as it looks because there is quite a lot involved and the model we use doesn't make things easier either. In all honesty, I really hope we can stay with Jettis. The only thing they have to do is not screwing up and acting a bit more professional. If they only did the simple things we ask them (and really, we're not asking much), there are no problems. At this moment, the people at Jettis are a bunch of stupid fucks in my book. It will take a long time for them to gain some credit with me because I've totally had it with them right now.
For now, feel free to vent at me. At this moment, it's my no.1 priority to get that damned text changed to what we agreed upon. To make things worse, those idiots screwed up again and placed the old text back for god knows why.

Thanks for the update Marco, I had a feeling that Jettis was behind the delays. Hope they can get their act together and you can continue to use them, changing processors can often cause more chaos.
