I know there will be mroe answers soon, but I still have some questions.

I'm curious if we can use any images from licensed image sets in the design of sites for the new program. If we are limited to only screen caps, I must say that is going to suck.
People should be able to use photos of people as a design element in ways without impying that said people are in the site.

It just seems really really limiting for the design of sites...

ok, you can use stock phograhpy and design elements if you have the lience to them,

the key is to not promise pictures sets,

that wont be in your members areas,

and you can put your content in our system unless its your own content
and you give us that limited license to put it in out network,

but we dont care about the girl in your logo,

or the girl in the backgroud,

or the pretty face you use in your design,

just make sure you buy the content

if we get complains from the copyright owner we might be forcer to deactivate your sites,

IE, yes use your licenses content for design elements,

but not to sell the product,

dont offer pictures

yor selling videos,

and your tour has to match your members area,

I hope you will explain what a limited licenses, really means for you. There can be a lot of meanings to that. If it's about the place where it is hosted, no problem there. But if this is about you, having a hold (In terms of having some kinds of ownership status) on the content that i have bought, now this is a complete other matter.

seems to me that you should only use stuff in your design that is in the member area. even if you don't promise them the girl in your logo, don't you think people will expect to see her somewhere?

your just gonna prove to us you own the content and the girls are legal and all is in order

and your gonna give us permision to host the content in your site,

and ofcourse that means all the members of the program will also see your content,

your grantee access to your content to all members of the network,

but we will have no owner ship over your content,

you can pull your content from the program, resell it and do as you wish with it,

we are mainly concerned that you did not steal the content and did not shoot underage girls,

and that you under stand that not just your members will be dowloading the content,

adn ofcourse all the members will,

but the license will be clear to protect your rights to your own content,

we wont be alloud to give it away to other webmasters,

or resell it, or use it anywhere other that inside your members area, nad give acess to it for our members,

im not talking about a gallery with ten pics of a model that is nowher to be found in our members area,

im talking about design elements,

like if you place a model in yout logo,

1 air brushed jpg is not gonna cause chargebacks or misslead the surfer

under your logo your gonna have screen caps of all the movies found inside your members area,

look you buy a 50$ picture set and you talk the girls eyes for your logo,

or you use a cut out of her body in your backgroud,

im talking about video tours,

im nto talking about pay site tours,

you should not fill a whole tour with picturs of woman no in the members area,

you should feature content in the tour that matchs the members area

ie the content we give you,

Cool. thank you VERY much.

That helps to know a picture or two can be used as a design element. hat is exactly what I was hoping for. And obviously it would be done in a way that isn't leadig a customer to think the site itself is full of pictures .

Thanks...!

okies.. I don't mind telling you I'm confused. lol

Guess my biggest question is this.. if I have a few thousand niche related pics that are licensed to me can I add them to my members area and then be able to put on my tour that those pics are available inside the site??

Thanks
